Blueprint’s AI Assistant, Deal Screen and related package-readiness tools are educational tools designed to help organize a commercial financing request before it is presented to a financing source.
The Blueprint AI assistant, Deal Screen, calculators, package-completeness indicator, document checklist, and generated previews are informational tools intended to help organize business-purpose commercial financing requests.
These tools do not make a credit decision, approve or deny credit, issue a commitment to lend, guarantee financing, establish final lender eligibility, provide an appraisal or valuation, or create binding loan terms. Any financing is subject to review, underwriting, lender requirements, documentation, due diligence, and final approval by the applicable financing source.
Any LTV, LTC, DSCR, loan-to-purchase-price, or similar calculation is educational and depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied. Lender definitions and underwriting methodologies may differ.
AI-generated summaries and checklists may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed by a person before being relied upon or sent to a financing source. Users remain responsible for confirming the accuracy of information they submit.
