Blueprint Commercial Loans uses information submitted through this website to respond to financing inquiries, evaluate potential transactions, communicate with users and operate the website.
Information submitted through financing forms
Deal Intake submissions may include contact information, borrower or sponsor information, property and transaction details, requested financing, sponsor experience, liquidity, equity, timing and the proposed use of funds.
Commercial Referral Partner submissions may include the referring party’s contact and company information, professional role, property and transaction details, requested financing, timing and a high-level deal summary. When a broker, loan originator or referral partner submits a request, the form may also identify the submitting party and the borrower or sponsor represented.
Analytics and website usage
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic and how visitors interact with pages and forms. These services may process technical and usage information such as device or browser information, page views, referral information, clicks, scrolling and similar interaction data.
Website financing and commercial referral forms are configured with Clarity masking so submitted form content is not intended to appear in Clarity session recordings.
Sharing and processing information

How the Blueprint Loan Assistant handles chat messages
The Blueprint Loan Assistant is an optional educational chat feature designed to answer general commercial and business-purpose financing questions, explain common underwriting concepts and direct visitors to relevant Blueprint resources.
Messages submitted to the assistant are sent to GroqCloud, an external artificial-intelligence inference service provider, to generate a response. Blueprint does not intend the assistant to collect Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, full account numbers or other highly sensitive credentials, and visitors should not submit that information through chat.
The assistant is not a commitment to lend, an underwriting decision, legal advice, tax advice or a guarantee of financing. Program availability, leverage, pricing, terms and eligibility remain subject to lender requirements and underwriting.

Commercial Financing Information & Supporting Documents
Blueprint collects only the information you choose to provide to help us understand and respond to a business-purpose commercial financing request.
When you use the Blueprint Deal Screen, deal-intake form, referral form, or supporting-document upload features, we may collect property and transaction details, requested financing, sponsor or business information, timing, deal narrative, and supporting documents.
We use this information to respond to your request, organize a preliminary financing review, communicate with you, maintain business records, operate and improve our services, and, when appropriate, discuss the opportunity with service providers and prospective financing sources. Submission does not create an approval, commitment to lend, or guarantee of financing.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government-issued identification, consumer credit reports, tax returns, passwords, bank-login credentials, full payment-card numbers, or full bank account numbers through the website or AI assistant. If additional sensitive information is later required for underwriting, use the separate method specifically provided by your advisor or financing source.
Supporting documents uploaded through the website are not automatically treated as verified, lender-approved, or fully underwritten. We use uploaded information for legitimate business purposes related to the financing request and handle it subject to applicable agreements, service-provider arrangements, and law.
Browser-based “Save Progress” is optional and stores only selected non-contact deal fields on the visitor’s device for a limited period. It does not intentionally save uploaded files, name, email, or phone number in the browser draft.
