No guaranteed approval claims
A commercial financing request remains subject to underwriting and lender approval.
Blueprint Commercial Loans is led by Chris Young, Founder & Commercial Loan Advisor, with a deal-first approach to commercial real estate financing. The goal is to surface the facts that drive underwriting early and make the transaction easier to evaluate.
Before focusing on commercial finance, Chris built a career in high-performance consultative sales and account management, working with customers to uncover needs, solve problems and structure practical solutions around long-term relationships.
During that earlier career, Chris became the first representative within his organization to reach $1 million in net revenue during 2019–2020. He was later invited to speak at a company leadership dinner about the approach behind that achievement.
That background carries into Blueprint’s approach today: understand the transaction, communicate clearly, identify friction early and keep the financing process focused on the borrower’s actual objective.
Prior professional achievements are presented as career background and are not statements of loan production, funded volume or financing performance by Blueprint Commercial Loans.

The comments below come from clients Chris worked with before founding Blueprint Commercial Loans. They are presented as professional-service history—not as testimonials about Blueprint commercial transactions.
